Gabriola Chamber Players Gabriola, BC Phone Office: 250-247-7858 Click here to send email The Gabriola Chamber Players is a group of local amateur musicians directed by John Capon. The group currently includes players of harpsichord, double bass, cello, violin, flute, alto flute, oboe, English horn, clarinet, and trombone; and we are sometimes joined in concert by local singers, by local players of piano, guitar, and recorder, and by visiting musicians. We meet on Monday evenings at Gabriola United Church, 2600 South Road, from September to May and perform concerts in mid December and mid April. Smaller groups of the Players also perform at local events such as art shows and the Homes and Gardens tour, and at private functions such as weddings.
