FREE Exhibit | World history is the story of the redrawing of national boundaries. The aggressors become much richer. Those of us left poorer engage in various forms of struggle to maintain our own.
In this process we re-claim, re-appropriate, re-build what was ours – what is ours. Dreams take on a prominence in the context of our struggle with economic, political and cultural self-creation and re-creation. We need to dream, to reflect, imagine, contemplate, re-think, and to make and re-make ourselves and to re-make a home in the world. Sometimes dreams are all we have for hope; and hope is essential.
