The Gabriola Agricultural Association Co-op presents Kaitlin Chamberlin who will take us through how to make sourdough bread using gluten free flours and gluten free starter. Kaitlin is a full time homegrown chef from Victoria B.C. She can be found selling her gluten free breads and fermented foods at farmers markets and several grocery stores in the Victoria area. In this 2 hour workshop you will learn about using gluten free flours, how to keep your sourdough starter alive and the best ways to cook your bread. You will also be sent home with a sourdough starter, recipes and bread and pancake making knowledge.
