Making your own cheese is easy! Join Paula Maddison who has been teaching this lost art for over 6 years and learn how to create some delicious and nutritious cheeses. Paula will show you a variety of ways you can turn these basic cheeses into some amazing appetizers worthy of the cover of Bon Appetit magazine!
Paula will have pre-made curd called Fromage Blanc that we will infuse herbs, spices, and botanicals to create delicious appetizers. Other appetizers will include Boursin and a layered Torta.
Whether you are making your own cheeses for Holiday entertaining or thinking of some hand crafted gift ideas, you’ll leave with a lot of ideas, learn a new skill and taste some amazing cheeses!
