Getting Around
Apart from our local (and very busy) taxi service, there is no public transportation on Gabriola, so you'll have to be ready to walk if you don't bring a bike or other vehicle. Gabriola has a bicycle rental business, if you would like to rent a bike while you're here. Most of Gabriola's roads are curved and hilly. Watch out for deer, cyclists, pedestrians and slow drivers. Remember to take your time and enjoy the Gabriola experience while you're getting around the island. For maps, suggestions, tips and more information about getting around Gabriola, click here.
